PX’s Facebook & Google Ads Media Buyer role is for you if you are obsessed with getting client results, constantly looking for ways to grow your media buyer skills, and consider yourself an excellent ad strategist & media buyer. You will work within your team to plan, implement, and manage online advertising campaigns.

If you’re looking for a role where you can evolve into more of a ‘business consultant’ VS ‘just another cog in an agency sweatshop’ this is for you! You will be one of our pod leaders, and be the direct contact for a portfolio of clients. You will be supported by your Pod campaign team who you will manage. Depending on your client portfolio, the campaign team in your pod consists of media buyers, ad creative specialist, funnel strategist & CRO. We have multiple pods in the agency. You will work with clients to create their 90 Day Game Plans - this is where a client tells you their business’ goals and you reverse engineer how to achieve them. And then oversee your PX Campaign Pod to deliver the results for your clients.

This is a full time role to join the Persuasion Experience internal marketing team and help us to promote the company by growing our social media channels, and creating thumb stopping Facebook ads! You will have a consistent workflow of new and exciting videos to edit so you can flex your creativity, master your craft and track the results/impact of your edits so you can come up with new ideas and things to test! Top candidates will have an exceptional sense of pacing and graphical aesthetics and a sharp eye for best practices across all platforms. You will be a creative team player who has an excellent understanding of editing techniques and how to hook audiences – and keep them watching to the end.
