Your Responsibilities

  • Tech & Tracking Setup: Ensure all clients have proper tracking in place, including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.

  • Support the Pod Leader: Assist in any tasks as needed to drive results and support the overall strategy.

  • Data Analysis & CRO: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and increase conversion rates.

  • Media Buying & New Ad Ideas: Work alongside the pod team to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns. This includes account setup, keyword research, and ad creative testing.

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) & CRMs: Build out email marketing automations, CRM workflows, and troubleshoot any technical issues within GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM platforms.

  • Project Management: Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination and execution of campaigns.

Your KPIs

  • Clients hitting Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets.

  • Pod hitting case study targets, showcasing successful campaign strategies and optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.

  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

  • Expertise with GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM automation tools.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying, CRO, or digital marketing roles.
