About The Role

Our senior Account & Team lead role is for you!
At PX, Account Leads don’t “manage accounts.” They own outcomes.
You’ll be a Pod Leader, responsible for a portfolio of clients who come to us for one reason: to scale.
You’ll be the strategic driver, the client’s main point of contact, and the leader of a high-performance team that helps execute the strategy you set.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll have A-players around you, but you’re not above writing copy, jumping into an ad account, or fixing things when needed. If you want a role where you just delegate and “oversee,” this is not it.
Each pod is built to win.
You’ll lead a dedicated PX Campaign Pod which may include:
- Media Buyer
- Ad Creative Specialist
- Video Editors / Ad Execution Team
PX runs multiple pods across the agency. Each pod is accountable for performance, retention, and case studies.
About Persuasion Experience
- High-ticket lead generation B2B and B2C clients only. No local trades, no ecommerce, no small budgets, no low-ticket offers.
- Clients come to us to scale. They have the budget, the ambition, and the appetite. You won't spend your days convincing clients to spend an extra $500.
- Ethical clients only. We only work with businesses we actually believe in. If we think a client is shady, misleading their customers, or just not genuinely good at what they do — we don't take them on. Full stop. That means you'll never have to do great marketing for a bad product.
- We are not a churn and burn agency. Every client should turn into a case study. That's our north star.
- We build the Funnel before we touch ads. Traffic without conversion is pointless — we fix that first.
- ROI is the only metric that matters here. No vanity metrics to hide behind.
- AI is central to how we operate. Every team member is expected to use it as a thinking and execution partner, not just for copywriting, but to build, automate, and compound leverage.
- We invest heavily in our team. Coaching, training, courses, lunch and learns. You will grow faster here than anywhere else you've worked.
What You’ll Do
🚀 Own Client Growth
- Be the primary point of contact for clients in your portfolio.
- Build deep trust through clarity, data, and results.
- Listen hard, think critically, and genuinely care about client outcomes.
📊 Build & Run 90-Day Game Plans
- Work with clients to define clear business goals.
- Reverse-engineer those goals into a 90-Day Game Plan.
- Oversee your pod to ensure execution stays aligned to strategy and outcomes.
💸 Scale Paid Media Accounts
- Confidently manage and scale ad accounts spending $10k–$100k+ per month.
- Know when to push, stabilise, or restructure for sustainable growth.
- Make smart decisions under pressure.
🧠 Messaging, Research & Creative Testing
- Continuously research markets, competitors, objections, and angles.
- Lead intentional message testing across ads and funnels.
- Write copy yourself or brief creatives clearly and effectively.
👊 Lead (Not Just Manage) Your Pod
- Set high standards and clear expectations.
- Coach your team to think, not just execute.
- Inspire ownership, accountability, and pride in the work.
⚙️ Improve PX Systems
- Contribute to better systems, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with hiring for your pod.
- Audit potential new clients for fit, opportunity, and upside.
Your success is measured by your:
- Client retention %
- Client scaling & performance growth
- Your ability to lead and inspire a pod
- Turning clients into standout PX case studies (our North Star metric)
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This role is ideal if you are:
- An experienced agency Account Manager who wants more control over strategy and execution
- An experienced Media Buyer who has led teams and wants their next career step
- Someone who wants to think like a growth partner, not a task manager
Who This is NOT For
- You want to “oversee” rather than get hands-on when needed
- You need constant direction or motivation
- You’ve managed teams but haven’t been accountable for outcomes
- You prefer stable, predictable environments over fast-paced problem solving
- You want to focus on one channel or one task rather than full-funnel impact
Non-Negotiables (Please Read Carefully)
You must:
- Senior marketer with over 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- You have worked extensively in lead generation, and high ticket lead gen
- Have team leadership experience (even if it’s a small capacity, and you’re looking for the next opportunity)
- Have media buying experience
- You are leveraging AI extensively, and it’s fully integrated into your workflow
- Have been client-facing and managed a portfolio of clients before
- Be located in AUS / SE Asia / USA West Coast timezones

- Be fluent in English and confident communicating with clients
- Attend daily company meetings (non-negotiable)
- Currently 9am Bali time

- $75,000 - $84,000 USD + uncapped commission based on pod profitability

- This is a full time contractor position.
- Hours: This is Full Time position
- Location: We are a 100% remote agency. The founders travel full time, and it’s cool for you to do that too! Our team members are from around the world.
- Professional Development: We are big on professional development, and you’ll be coached by both founders, have access to the PX courses, all the courses we have ever bought (it’s a lot!), and additional coaching or programs as needed. We believe our team are assets to invest in.
