PX is a fast growing performance marketing agency that specialises in scaling high ticket B2B and B2C companies. 

We are not a high volume, ‘churn and burn’ agency. Results are the only thing that matter. We track ROI for every client, and our north star metric as an agency is that EVERY client turns into a case study we are proud of. 

We know that traffic and ads are worthless unless they convert, so we build a new ‘Lead Machine Funnel’ for every client before starting any ads.

We take the time to understand the client and uncover who their customers are and why they buy, create the client’s offers, landing pages and funnels. Once we build their Lead Machine Funnel System, we run paid ads and optimise their campaign each month. We are like our client’s plug & play performance team. Because of this, our portfolio has an extremely high success rate, and a low churn rate.

About The Role

If you’re looking for a role where you can evolve into more of a ‘business consultant’ VS ‘just another cog in an agency sweatshop’ this is for you! 

You will be one of our pod leaders, and be the direct contact for a portfolio of clients. You will be supported by your Pod campaign team who you will manage. Depending on your client portfolio, the campaign team in your pod consists of media buyers, ad creative specialist, funnel strategist & CRO. We have multiple pods in the agency. 

You will work with clients to create their 90 Day Game Plans - this is where a client tells you their business’ goals and you reverse engineer how to achieve them. And then oversee your PX Campaign Pod to deliver the results for your clients. 

While you have a team of A-players to support you and execute the strategy, you can’t be above getting your hands dirty
 Whether that’s jumping in to write some copy, or running the media buying for an account, you will be required to get in and get work done (for the right applicant, this is exciting. If you want a management job to boss people around, this is not for you).

This is a great role for an existing agency account manager who wants more control over the strategy and the execution team, a marketing manager who has gone client side but ready to go back agency side, or an experienced media buyer who has managed teams looking for their next career move. 

Your success is measured by your:

  • Ability to retain clients in your pod
  • Ability to find growth opportunities to genuinely help your clients and grow their account at PX
  • Ability to lead (not just manage) and inspire a team to work towards a common goal of getting epic results for our clients
  • Ability to turn the clients in your pod into a case study (our North Star metric) 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Oversee all client campaigns across Meta & Google in your pod and ensure you and the team are getting exceptional client results, retaining clients, and turning them into case studies. 
  • Manage, lead and train your pod team
  • Account Management: Be the key point of contact for the clients in your portfolio
  • Create 90 day Growth Plans: Work with clients to understand their business’ goals  & find opportunities to grow the client's account
  • Messaging & Ad Creative Tests: You do continuous social listening & research to come up with new message tests, and can execute the copy & creative (or can brief a team to do so)
  • Collaborative with team members to grow client accounts: Work with the ad creative & ad copy specialists to create the ads you need, and the CRO experts to scale the post click experience.  
  • Audit accounts of potential clients to help see if we should take on an account and help a client to scale to the next level and provide an analysis and recommendation to the sales team
  • Management Duties: Build & optimise PX systems, Assist with hiring for your pod, Audit potential new clients 
  • The ultimate goal is the retention of the clients in your portfolio, and you will be measured on your ability to get client’s results, scale results and help the Account Director to turn a client into an ah-mazing case study! 

Qualifications

  • You must have recent experience in media buying and understand how Meta ads & Google ads platform works
  • You must have exceptional communication skills and can explain 
  • You must genuinely care about client results, and understand how marketing impacts business results

  • You haven’t been actively media buying on Meta and/or Google ads in the last 3 months
  • You’ve never been client facing, and managed a portfolio of client before
  • You can’t make the daily 3.30pm (Melbourne, Australia time) team huddle

  • Pay Range: $80,000AUD - $120,000AUD
  • Hours: This is Full Time position
  • Location: We are a 100% remote agency. The founders travel full time, and it’s cool for you to do that too! Our team members are from around the world, and we make sure we have time where the team overlaps. 
  • Professional Development: We are big on professional development, and you’ll be coached by both founders, have access to the PX courses, all the courses we have ever bought (it’s a lot!), and additional coaching or programs as needed. We believe our team are assets to invest in.
  • Report To: You will report to CEO & Co-founder, Alisha Conlin-Hurd
  • About Your New Team: We only hire A-players. This means you’ll only work with some of the best in their respective fields. Everyone is hungry to learn and grow, and committed to getting great client results.
